Although the stunning Victorian décor and signature brownstone exterior remain the same, this new chapter for BROWNSTONE involves the unveiling of an exquisite new menu, designed and crafted by chef Dylan Franklin-‐Clegg.
Dylan’s style of cooking is light and uncomplicated. Trained by renowned chef Matt Moran, Dylan allows the flavors to speak for themselves and emphasizes the importance of sourcing the best quality ingredients. At the age of 34, Dylan brings a wealth of talent and experience to BROWNSTONE.
The restaurant is currently open to the public for lunch, dinner and a popular high tea experience. The new BROWNSTONE menu and cocktail bar will be available from Friday 5th July onwards.
